- Appreciation, Cashflow, and Livability scores for ZIP codes
- Investment analysis and market insights
- Data visualization and comparisons

Important: CasaBuddy provides data and analytics for informational purposes only. Our scores, predictions, and analyses:
- Do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice
- Should not be the sole basis for any investment decision

CasaBuddy operates as an overlay on third-party real estate websites (Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, Trulia). We are not affiliated with these websites, and their content remains subject to their respective terms of service.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
CasaBuddy is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- The analytics or predictions will be accurate or reliable
- Any errors will be corrected
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CasaBuddy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.
